MR TOPES GOLF CONDITIONAL REBATE OFFICIAL RULES

1. How to play: Any individual who makes a purchase on www.mrtopesgolf.com is entitled to a 100% refund, if a player wins their 5th green jacket at the 1st major of the year. All orders must include Mr Topes Golf Conditional Rebate Entry Ticket with purchase, all entry tickets are no charge. Purchases made on Amazon and eBay are not eligible for a refund.

2. This offer is only eligible during the designated sales dates of April 1, 2018 through April 4th, 2018.  All merchandise must be purchased and paid in full with PayPal or approved major credit card by the end of the promotion in order to be eligible for a refund.

3. In order to participate, the customer must agree to:

• Adhere to these official rules and the decisions of Mr Topes Golf, which shall be final in all respects.
• Release and hold harmless Mr Topes Golf from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of prize winnings.
• Authorize Mr Topes Golf and its designees to use customer’s name, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence, and purchase details in promotional materials, into perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

4. If a player wins their 5th green jacket at the 1st major of the year, all golf products in the customer’s order will be FREE. Refunds will be made within 28 days to qualified customers.

5. In order to receive a refund, the following procedures must be strictly followed:

• A refund will be issued using the original form of payment. If for any reason the above "refund procedure" is not followed, a refund will not be granted.
  

6. Mr Topes Golf reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time and only honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
