"I recently purchased a set of Callaway golf clubs from Mr Topes. I had some concerns and sent you an email. I hoped that I would get a reply from you. Well a few hours later I not only got a reply but I got a phone call from your customer relations. I talked to a very informed person about whether or not your clubs were authentic. 

I was very impressed that not only did you reply to me you went the extra step and called me on the phone. After the phone call, I felt very satisfied. But I've been an engineer for 40 years in designing and manufacturing so I had to be 100 percent satisfied not 98 percent. I took my 7 iron to Dicks sporting goods. They were very helpful; we compared my club to theirs. It was identical in every way. We even weighed them and they were the same. Next, we hit them in their room for trying out clubs and they tested out the same. We are convinced that my clubs are authentic Callaway clubs. I just wanted you to know that I went the extra mile and you came out with flying colors. You are a great golf store and I want people to know that."
