SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our distribution location in Palm Desert, California. Orders received by noon EST (Monday - Friday) will ship Same Day! However, a select few items ship direct from the manufacturer, and those typically ship in 1-2 business days.

Domestic Ground Service

Mr Topes Golf ships via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. We charge a flat rate is only $5.79 for the first item and FREE for every additional item you order on the same purchase. Packages containing 4 golf clubs or more will ship FedEx. PO Box addresses are not accepted for FedEx shipments. All customers will receive a shipping tracking number and damage insurance. For those golfers in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options from USPS and FedEx, prices are shown in checkout.

Domestic Express Air Service

Need that club in a hurry? Mr. Topes Golf offers FedEx Air Service delivery to most U.S. locations. All shipment times are quoted in business days, Second Day Air service is not available to deliver holidays or weekends.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Note, you may notice that you are offered FedEx Ground Shipping at checkout, but we’ll change that to USPS Priority Mail when we process your order. USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. Shipping rates are quoted in checkout.

Canada

Mr. Topes Golf exclusively ships United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all Canadian customers. Shipping rates are quoted in our checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more details. Note: Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Tax/Duties and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

International

Mr Topes Golf exclusively ships United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all International customers. Shipping rates are quoted in our checkout. Note: International shipments are subject to your Country’s laws, you may be subject to import Tax/Duties and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your charge from Mr Topes Golf includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information. Note: We have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged

Shipping problems, while not common, can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us at 1-855-MR-TOPES for assistance or Send an Email. Please have your order number ready and contact us at our toll free number.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email the day that your order leaves our location. This email will contain your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website for your package.
